We checked in later at the night, so no receptionist available, instead the security guard assist to check in. But no problem at all! Security guard was sooo nice and helpful! Cakap pun berbudi bahasa sangat! 😍 Location pun best! Interior design cantik! Plus, kemas dan bersih ya. Next time datang Penang, I’ll definitely will stay here again.

Reception was really kind and helpful. Though the hotel room was small it was just nice for a good sleep. Ambience has a casual lounge feel. The bed and shower room are very clean, felt very hygiene and well kept!

Everything was perfect. The room is not big but it’s not too small. It was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly. It’s location opposite padang brown which is very strategic. I love everything about it

Clean. Modern. Huge toilet. Very nice. What you shouldhighlight is that padang brown food court is LITERALLY THE OPPOSITE OF THE HOTEL! Amazing! 🥰
